Kimberly Harris’
Professional Background
During her career, Kimberly has worked as a consultant with large firms (Accenture, EY) and small (FLYN, AnswerThink). She’s also been an entrepreneur twice over, tapping into her instincts to lead and support others toward achieving their goals and improving their overall wellness. During the past decade, she has focused on executive coaching, peer cohort facilitation and workplace culture consulting.
In 2022, Kimberly founded Work Invigorated and has worked with executives, senior managers, people leaders and entrepreneurs across industries. She is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, Level 1 and Level 2. She is also an approved member of the Penn State Executive & Leadership Coaching program, providing professional development to leaders and faculty at the university.
Her superpowers? Illuminating possibilities, co-creating solutions and helping transform people and teams through growth and change.

In her own words
Just like you, my career is only one chapter of my story. I’m a proud Penn State grad – Business Logistics major, Communications minor – and I kicked things off consulting for two of the big-name firms. But over time, I found myself drawn to roles where I could roll up my sleeves, wear a bunch of hats, and really connect with the people, teams, and organizations I was supporting.
One of my favorite tools for helping people grow, both personally and professionally, is the Enneagram. I’m passionate about using it to help others uncover their natural gifts, recognize their blind spots, and lean into who they really are (and who they’re becoming). As a certified yoga teacher and former wellness coach, I also weave mindfulness and self-awareness into my coaching – it’s all about helping people show up with clarity, presence, and energy.
When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my husband, our grown kids, and our amazing circle of friends and family. My happy places? Sitting by the river in our backyard, sipping cocktails al fresco in Mexico, flowing in a yoga studio, or rallying on a tennis court.

A powerful tool for self-discovery, Kimberly is an experienced Enneagram assessment and coaching professional, certified as an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, Levels 1 and 2. She uses and applies the Enneagram system in coaching, leadership development and team contexts.

We kick things off with a Chemistry Call to get to know each other, align expectations and make sure we’re a great fit before we get started.

Through a personalized Kick-Off Session and Enneagram testing, we discover and dive into your unique strengths, blind spots and more.
MAP IT OUT
We work together to translate insights into action. We set goals, craft a strategy & create a plan that’s aligned with what matters most to you.
MAKE IT HAPPEN
With ongoing coaching support, guidance and accountability, you put the plan into motion. We tweak and celebrate the wins along the way.
